AERIS — Autonomous Extrusion & Recycling Integration System
AERIS is a closed-loop manufacturing system: it doesn't just build, it recycles, re-processes, and rebuilds. Feed it waste material, and it returns usable parts. Feed it raw feedstock, and it produces precision components from polymers, metals, ceramics, and ISRU-derived composites. In space, where every kilogram of material is mission-critical, AERIS turns scrap into supply with full autonomy and an easy-to-use interface.
AERIS is compatible with most major polymer, metallic, and ceramic-based composites.
